Project Identity Matrix
This matrix is a framework which can be used to get to the heart of a project. It works particularly well with creative outputs and marketing activities. Please feel free to use with a creative commons licence and reference athinplace.co.uk if ever presented, published or used publically.
Starting from the centre slowly make your way out each of the layers until you have asked yourself a question each word or phrase represents to you and your project. It works particularly well on a touch screen or tablet. You can also use it as a visual guide to decide which indicator is the most important to your project.
The matrix works particularly well internally within a creative brainstorming session but we have also found it useful when helping clients re-evaluate their aims and outputs.
